I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist with over 20 years of experience providing evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in both clinical and community settings. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and am currently completing my Master of Science in Nutrition at the University of Central Arkansas.
I’m also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and a certified health coach through Wellcoaches®. My passion lies in helping people prevent and manage chronic conditions—such as diabetes, heart disease, and chronic kidney disease—using a whole-food, plant-based approach to nutrition.
My approach involves empowering individuals to take charge of their health through sustainable lifestyle changes that are rooted in science and tailored to their unique needs.
A little more about me... I live in sunny southern California with my husband and kids, two dogs, a cat, and several chickens. We love to hike, play board games, and watch nature and cooking shows together.
